Position: Sales Representative & Customer Service
Location: Mont Belvieu - greater Houston area Texas
Employment Type: individual
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative and Customer Service role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process. This individual will be a key player in driving sales growth and ensuring our customers’ needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the roofing and construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
• Provide clients with product and service information, including consultations and quotes.
• Perform roof inspections
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers and the production team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Assist customers with post-sales service and troubleshooting, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the roofing and construction industry (would be an advantage but not necessary)
• Strong understanding of roofing products, construction services, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A valid driver's license and a vehicle
• Technical knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes.
• Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
